The Senior Director leads health system–level clinical service-line, data, and value-based strategy to help provider organizations achieve strategic growth, patient access, and economic objectives while expanding appropriate adoption of Medtronic therapies. This role partners closely with Account Directors, Operating Units, Medical Affairs, and senior health-system executives to co-develop and scale service-line strategies that improve care delivery, expand access to the right therapy at the right time, and deliver measurable clinical and financial outcomes.

This leader manages and develops a team of Service Line Advisors and a Data Science team, ensuring the integrated deployment of clinical, strategic, and analytical capabilities. The role is accountable not only for strategy design, but also for disciplined execution, clear value demonstration, and scaling successful models across priority health-system accounts.

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Service Line Advisors and Data Science professionals to deliver integrated, high-impact engagements that drive growth, access, and economic value.
• Serve as a senior strategic partner to account leadership teams and health-system executives, aligning Medtronic capabilities to provider strategic, clinical, and financial priorities.
• Shape and articulate Medtronic’s service-line and clinical value propositions, linking therapy adoption to patient access, outcomes, and sustainable economics.
• Guide the design and execution of service-line strategies, clinical collaborations, and performance-improvement initiatives tailored to health-system needs.
• Engage and influence executive, physician, and service-line leaders to co-create differentiated partnership models and innovative go-to-market approaches.
• Provide executive oversight for complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring quality, rigor, and alignment across clinical, commercial, analytics, and medical partners.
• Translate clinical, operational, and analytical insights into clear, executive-ready economic and outcomes-based value narratives.
• Identify, formalize, and scale successful service-line strategies, engagement models, and economic frameworks across accounts.
• Apply consulting discipline to engagements, including scope definition, project management, quality assurance, and effective executive communication.
• Partner closely with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, credible, and clinically grounded customer engagements.
• Contribute to account planning, strategic account capabilities, internal training, and thought leadership.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Experience:
• 12–15+ years of healthcare, consulting, or health-system leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex clinical service-line environments (e.g., neuroscience, cardiovascular, or comparable).
• Experience partnering with senior health-system executives and leading cross-functional teams.
• Senior leadership experience (Executive Director or Vice President level) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in health-system strategy, service-line development, and healthcare economics.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable growth, access, and value outcomes.
• Executive-level communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical orientation with ability to oversee and synthesize complex data.
• Proven effectiveness in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• High adaptability, sound judgment, and disciplined execution.
