We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Senior Incentive Customer Representative! You'll join our Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client. Range of services speaking with customers and contractors through both phone and email on a variety of topics which may include residential, commercial, and renewable inquiries.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Enters and maintains various database(s).

  • Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements

  • Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures. 

  • Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed rebate claim data.  

  • Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.

Target Compensation: $22.00 per hour
