Job Description

Successful Candidates will be located within Central/North New Jersey.

We are looking for a talented individual… 

To join our team as a Field Supervisor, supporting various residential energy efficiency programs in the state of NJ! You will oversee a team of local, on-site program and company representatives who support residential customers taking advantage of state funded energy efficiency improvements. In this role, you will… 

Oversee the daily operation of teams conducting residential energy audits (2-3/day), installing energy-efficient equipment, pre/post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory 

Review inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and compliance measures 

Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications 

Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers 

Travel throughout a defined territory with a company provided vehicle

Target Compensation:

$87,000 - $90,000

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$86,700.00 - $130,100.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
