Responsibilities: As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for providing consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions, and consult on transformation, the customer journey, and functional/application designs, ensuring that technology and business solutions represent business requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in IBM WebSphere Message Broker is required. Intermediate proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration is recommended. Additionally, beginner proficiency in Docker Kubernetes Architecture and Design, intermediate proficiency in Core Java, intermediate proficiency in API Design, and beginner proficiency in API Integration are suggested.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Develop and maintain integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations.
