Position Summary:
The primary role is responsible for end-to-end pilot/ GR project lifecycle execution (design, planning, execution, monitoring). This position will act as the Clinical/Deployment/Reporting Project Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.
Accountable for managing and organizing the day-to-day deliverables for the clinical/deployment/reporting lanes
Support development of clinical strategy
Operational readiness strategy (end-to-end)
Schedule key stakeholder collaboration calls
Facilitate ongoing work related to cross functional engagement to meet timelines and milestones
Project Plan (Pilot/GR)
Define success measures in partnership with OCMO (go-no-go criteria)
Create deployment/communication/training/reporting/ change mgmt./ reinforcement strategy
Prepare collaterals to present to leadership
Deployment plan as outlined
Ongoing accountability, reinforcement, TM support
Monitor intended & unintended outcomes to course correct
Obtain governance alignment (i.e., OPUS, P&T)
Ensure clinical duties are executed in compliance with applicable Quality System procedures as the duties pertain to the Quality System or a medical device, including the following areas of responsibility:
Act accountable for assigned duties related to the implementation and management of QMS activities related to clinical operations and all applicable SOPs to support Davita medical device products, including supporting activities related to Design and Development activities, Post Market Surveillance, Adverse Event Reporting, Field Corrective Action & Product Recall, etc.
Support the Clinical department in the successful implementation and management of the anemia management system (AMS) device and Quality System.
Communicate and advocate for clinical needs to achieve the strategic vision for the AMS and Quality System.
Provide clinical input on the AMS design, including the protocol and collaboration plans.
Support Quality System procedures, including establishing compliant records as needed and specified in applicable procedures.
Qualification Requirements:
Experience with hospital performance improvement or a health plan/utilization management desired
Ability to prioritize conflicting deliverables in a fast paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on the end goal
Understanding and strong experience in clinical investigation methods and regulations
Experience in Clinical Informatics and analytical tools (e.g. Cognos/Informatica) within the healthcare environment (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization
Mature public speaking and presentation skills
Strong leadership skills in project, portfolio, program management and organizational skills
Education Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required
A master’s degree is preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00 per year.
