Location: Remote – South America, Portuguese & Spanish Fluency

What We’re Looking For:

At SOTI, we are looking for true outbound hunter, individuals who are not afraid to pick up the phone, call into net-new accounts, and create opportunities where none exist.

This is not a lead-follow-up role. If you’re waiting for inbound leads to come to you, this role is not for you.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience breaking into enterprise accounts through cold outreach, who knows how to navigate organizations, reach senior stakeholders, and open doors consistently.

SOTI already has a strong presence across LATAM, with very large enterprise deployments and well known customer references. Your role is to take that story to market, target the right accounts, and create new opportunities across: Retail, Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing & Healthcare Customers.

You will be responsible for creating new pipeline from scratch and ensuring only qualified, high quality opportunities are passed to the Sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own net-new outbound pipeline creation across enterprise accounts across South America

  • Proactively target and break into named accounts using cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach

  • Call into organizations and reach senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level) consistently

  • Build target account lists and outreach strategies by vertical (Retail, T&L, Manufacturing, Healthcare)

  • Tell a compelling SOTI story using real customer success and large deployments in LATAM

  • Conduct strong discovery to uncover business pain, operational challenges, and urgency

  • Qualify opportunities rigorously only real, sales-ready pipeline moves forward

  • Partner closely with Sales on account strategy and opportunity progression

  • Maintain clean, accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce

  • Consistently meet and exceed pipeline generation and closed won sales targets

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 2–5+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in B2B environments

  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)

  • Demonstrated success in breaking into enterprise or mid-market accounts

  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese & Spanish (native/fluent) and English (business level)

  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers (Director/VP level and above)

  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales preferred

  • Ability to understand business problems and translate technology into value

  • Highly driven, self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong accountability

  • Experience with Salesforce and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo
