Optimal, on behalf of its client—a leading force in insights-on-demand—is seeking driven Client Service Associates – Evening Shift to join their team. As a Client Service Associate - Evening Shift in the evening team (17:30–01:00), you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between global clients and industry experts. You will support time-sensitive projects across regions, ensuring seamless communication and delivering exceptional service during key international business hours.

  • Hybrid structure: first 3 months onsite (office-based training and onboarding)
  • Followed by remote work from home

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored expert matches within tight deadlines
