Role Summary:

This role is responsible for designing and leading scalable AI/ML solutions, supporting presales activities, and bridging business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems (10+ years preferred)
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments at scale
• Experience owning solution architecture decisions in enterprise-level projects
• Experience working in client-facing or presales environments is required
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems (prompt engineering, agentic workflows)
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS or similar)
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker or similar)
• Knowledge of data engineering (SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake or similar platforms)
• Experience with API-based and microservices architectures (REST APIs, event-driven systems, system integration)
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions (solution design, KPI alignment, presales support)
• Experience working in client-facing or presales environments (technical presentations, solution proposals, stakeholder communication)
• Ability to guide data scientists and engineers in model development, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience ensuring data governance, security, and responsible AI practices
