Lead a high-performing backend engineering team at a newly minted unicorn transforming the $130 trillion debt capital market. You will balance hands-on technical excellence with strategic leadership, guiding senior engineers to build scalable solutions. Partner with product and design teams to turn complex financial data into actionable intelligence for the world’s largest asset managers.

What you will do:

• Build and guide a cross-functional engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, high performance, and continuous technical growth.

• Drive technical excellence by staying hands-on with code reviews, architectural decisions, and system design using Python, TypeScript, and AWS.

• Partner with product managers and designers to translate ambitious roadmaps into production-ready features for 300+ institutional clients.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment with a focus on shipping iteratively.

• Deep backend technical expertise in scalable system design, ideally with experience in Python, TypeScript, AWS, or Terraform.
