  • Monitor the flow of goods and materials, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anticipate problems, and recommend improvements to logistics systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation costs to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Work continuously to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in logistics operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software or systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations related to logistics and transportation (e.g., import/export laws).
  • Knowledge of lean processes, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus.
  • Experiende with F-35 program is a plus.
