Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote
Customer Success Manager to support client relationships, onboarding, and ongoing account management. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, providing regular follow-ups, and addressing client needs in a timely and professional manner. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues, support client adoption of new platforms, and contribute to the continuous improvement of services through client feedback and process optimization. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, a high sense of ownership, and experience in customer success, operations, or similar roles within the BPO or related industries.
