The Role:

The Virtual Medical Assistant supports healthcare practices remotely by handling administrative and patient‑facing tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage appointments, follow‑ups, and reminders

  • Handle patient communication via phone, email, or messaging platforms

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, form completion, and record updates

Requirements:
