Junior Accountant (SG client) - Sri Lanka

Please note that Junior Accountant is not an entry-level role. This is a mid–senior level position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as an outsourced accountant, preferably with experience handling Singapore or international accounts.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success):

⭐ Complete at least 15 UFS per month

⭐ Ensure high-quality and accurate reports for all assigned clients

⭐ Provide advisory support to clients within your portfolio

⭐ Ensure all statutory deadlines are met

⭐ Manage a portfolio of 150–200 Singapore-based clients

Day-to-Day Tasks:

⭐ Bookkeeping for clients using our in-house accounting software

⭐ GST preparation and filing

⭐ Payroll processing

⭐ Personal tax preparation

⭐ Accounts consolidation

⭐ Corporate tax support

⭐ Communicate and provide updates to clients

⭐ Provide feedback to improve internal accounting software

⭐ Prepare reports required for statutory compliance

Requirements:

⭐ A diploma/degree in Accountancy (ACCA/ISCA is a plus)

⭐ 1–3 years of experience in an outsourcing firm

⭐ Experience with cloud accounting platforms (e.g., Xero)

⭐ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

⭐ Strong verbal and written communication skills

⭐ Confidence, independence, and adaptability

⭐ A strong drive to excel and support others

⭐ Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks

⭐ A tech-driven mindset with enthusiasm for improving efficiency
