About the Role This is a remote inbound sales position for candidates with real sales experience and strong closing ability. Customers contact WindshieldHUB directly because they are already interested in our services. Your role is to guide them through the booking process, answer questions with confidence, handle objections professionally, and convert inquiries into booked jobs.
We are looking for candidates who are polished, persuasive, fluent in English, and experienced in sales. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to take ownership of the conversation, build trust quickly, and close consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers actively seeking our services
Convert qualified inquiries into booked jobs through strong sales execution
Guide customers through the booking process with professionalism and confidence
Handle objections related to price, timing, and service details
Clearly explain services, availability, and next steps
Maintain accurate notes and customer updates in the CRM
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Follow company standards, sales processes, and quality expectations
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
Proven background in sales, preferably phone sales, inbound sales, or other high-conversion environments
Strong closing skills and confidence handling live customer objections
Fluent English is required, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to build trust quickly and lead the conversation effectively
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-up
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
