We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide our development team, architect complex solutions, and deliver high-impact Salesforce implementations. You'll mentor juniors, optimize platforms, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce development, including custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
Design scalable architectures using Salesforce best practices (e.g., Governor Limits, Bulkification, Security Models).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deploy via CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware.
Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement data migration strategies (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools).
Stay current with Salesforce releases, CPQ, Einstein, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., OWASP, GDPR) and documentation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 5+ years in a lead role.
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II (PDII), Architect certifications (e.g., CTA, SAA), or equivalent.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Salesforce DX.
Experience with integrations (e.g., Named Credentials, External Services) and automation tools.
Strong leadership skills with proven team mentoring experience.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Industries, Vlocity, or Financial Services Cloud.
Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Node.js for custom components.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git) and testing frameworks (JUnit).
Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM).
