Roles & Responsibilities

High proficiency in Revit and ArchiCAD, including modelling, technical detailing, and scheduling.
BIM experience with the ability to produce specification documents from 3D models.
Experience designing complex technical buildings (data centres, hospitals, energy centres) and creating detailed architectural drawings and models.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with large multi-disciplinary teams, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Collaborate with larger team structures and coordinate with other disciplines.

Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit/ArchiCAD Draughtsman for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Revit & ArchiCAD and a strong understanding of technical building design, including data centres, hospitals, and energy centres. You will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and collaborating with a larger team to deliver high-quality projects. This is a fully remote role and the successful candidate must have BIM experience and be able to produce spec documents out of the 3D model.

Requirements

High proficiency in REVIT/ArchiCAD with the following skills:

Experienced in collaboration with larger team structures
High level modelling
High level technical detailing
Specifications and scheduling
Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and models
Experience in designing complex technical buildings (data centres, hospitals, energy centres)
Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other disciplines
Strong communication skills to convey design intent and coordinate with project stakeholders
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and specifications
Ability to identify and resolve design challenges and propose innovative solutions
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Prior experience in architectural drafting and design, preferably in a technical building environment
