We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our global AP function. This role is responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable operations across multiple regions, including invoice processing, vendor master data, and payment execution. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with the Workday AP module or a similar cloud-based ERP, along with a proven track record in managing global teams, driving automation initiatives, and optimizing payment processes in a complex, multi-entity environment.

This individual will play a key role in scaling operations, supporting global expansion, integrating banking partners, and enhancing AP efficiency through technology and best practices. The role also oversees corporate cards, T&E, and PCard programs while ensuring compliance with global tax and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and operationally, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously improve processes. Fluency in English is required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations globally, ensuring alignment with global standards while accommodating local requirements.

• Own the full AP lifecycle, including invoice processing, payment execution, and post-payment activities.

• Manage corporate cards, T&E, and purchasing card programs, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

• Oversee vendor master data governance, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and proper controls across all entities.

• Ensure timely and accurate payment releases, maintaining strong controls, compliance, and cash management discipline.

• Establish and monitor global KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent service delivery and continuous improvement across regions.

• Manage daily team operations and workload distribution to ensure optimal performance and SLA adherence.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Accounts Payable specialists and analysts, fostering professional growth and development.

• Lead change management and global expansion efforts for AP, including onboarding new entities and driving standardized processes while balancing regional requirements

• Oversee the Workday AP module, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous optimization of AP processes.

• Drive AP systems and automation, including OCR optimization, workflow enhancements, banking integrations, and troubleshooting in partnership with IT

• Ensure compliance with global tax and regulatory requirements, including audit support, statutory obligations, and supplier tax reporting (e.g., 1099s, T4As)

• Maintain strong internal controls across AP processes, including payments and vendor master data, aligned with enterprise control frameworks

• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and operational alignment

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including leadership of global or multi-entity teams

• Deep hands-on experience with Workday AP (preferred) or similar cloud-based ERP systems, including configuration, workflows, and reporting

• Proven experience driving AP automation (e.g., OCR tools, invoice ingestion, workflow optimization, touchless processing)

• Experience integrating ERP systems with banking platforms and payment tools

• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes, including vendor master data, payments, and reconciliations

• Solid knowledge of global AP compliance, tax requirements (e.g., 1099s, T4As), and internal controls

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced, global environment

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluency in English required
