Vos Responsabilités:

• Soutenir l’équipe CD en apportant une expertise culinaire lors de présentations clients et de créations de nouveaux menus.
• Agir comme expert(e) en cuisine salée et piloter le développement de contenus culinaires pour des projets en Amérique du Nord.
• Contribuer aux initiatives de croissance en cuisine salée / cuisine « from scratch ».
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Marketing, CD Ops, Finance et Supply Chain.
• Assurer la traduction FR/EN pour les argumentaires de vente, emballages et recettes.

Votre Profil:

• Chef(fe) accompli(e), leader naturel(le) et proactif(ve).
• Capacité à collaborer, connecter les équipes et naviguer dans des environnements complexes.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et sens du service client.
• Bilingue français/anglais, maîtrisant systèmes métrique et impérial.

Qualifications Requises:

• 3+ ans d’expérience culinaire (corporatif ou cuisine professionnelle).
• Diplôme en arts culinaires.
• Expérience dans un rôle Citadel (3+ ans, un atout selon votre région).
• Compétences en solution selling et créativité culinaire.
• Compréhension du réseau de distribution Broadline.
• Disponibilité pour voyager jusqu’à 10 %.

Background & Purpose of the Job
The way we improve the food experience for customers in the foodservice industry is through value-added creativity and long-term service and support.  The Citadel Chef Canada (Bilingual, French/English) role helps inspire everyone in every function to think food, kitchen, and customer first and is designed to add value to our customers with beneficial food solutions. 

***This position can be based in either Montreal or Quebec***
 
Who You Are & What You’ll Do :

As a Citadel Chef, you will support, from a culinary perspective, the CD Team by assisting in the delivery of critical customer presentations and new menu ideations.  You will act as a savory expert.  Lead the culinary content development for specific culinary projects in North America in conjunction with your chef peers and in collaboration with the Head chef.  In particular, you will be an accelerator in the delivery of Savory/Scratch Cooking growth initiatives designed to enhance the value of UFS brands at both existing customers and new ones. Customer Chefs will work in concert with Marketing, CD Ops, Finance and Supply Chain to coordinate efforts and resources on behalf of their Zone.    You are French Speaking with an ability to translate French into English, as well as having an understanding of metric and imperial. You are responsible for translating English to French and vice versa on selling stories, packaging, and recipes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 3+ years culinary experience in the Foodservice Industry (Corporate or Kitchen) 
• Culinary Arts Degree 
• 3+ years working in your respective Citadel.
• Solution selling mindset with a creative ability to solve customer needs 
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams to both hunt and farm for business in the market 
• Understanding of the Broadline Distribution Network
• Experience selling branded food categories a plus
• Excellent communication and follow up skills throughout the layers of Unilever organization. 
• Accountability to deliver KPIs, Goals as a team 
• Business Planning and Implementation 
• Consumer/Operator Understanding & Passion 
• Travel as needed outside of your citadel around 10%.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,900-$127,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
