About Job
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own and evolve the OneForma brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework across contributor-facing and partner-facing channels
- Translate the 'Everyone Is an Expert' contributor positioning into cohesive campaign narratives across the OneForma crowd personas
- Maintain and continuously refine brand guidelines and asset systems in partnership with design
- Align brand consistency in partnership between marketing and design across web, social, email, paid, and organic channels
Top-of-Funnel Awareness & Demand Generation
- Design and execute always-on awareness programs that drive qualified top-of-funnel traffic and contributor sign-ups
- Develop integrated campaign plans across organic social, paid media, content marketing, SEO, and partnership channels
- Define and own key awareness KPIs; build dashboards to track campaign performance and funnel health
- Lead campaign concepting and briefing; manage creative development from brief to delivery
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition budgets across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels
Audience Strategy & Demographic Targeting
- Build structured audience frameworks that map contributor personas to prioritized targeting segments by geography, profession, expertise domain, and platform behavior
- Partner with product and data teams to identify high-value contributor segments and model lookalike audiences for campaign targeting
- Lead the development of audience-specific content, creative, and messaging ladders tailored to each priority demographic
- Own the end-to-end audience acquisition strategy for Domain Expert contributors — including expert communities, professional networks, academic channels, and niche subject-matter verticals
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure marketing-sourced audiences convert through onboarding and activation
Content & Channel Execution
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar spanning blog, social, email, video, and community channels in partnership with recruitment, project marketing, and engagement teams
- Write or direct the development of content that speaks authentically to contributor motivations — earning potential, professional growth, and platform impact
- Manage organic social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms
- Brief and manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners as needed
Analytics & Optimization
- Partner with the analytics and data teams to optimize campaign performance
- Leverage GA4, CRM data, and paid platform analytics to surface actionable insights and optimize campaigns continuously
- Produce regular performance reporting for leadership including awareness reach, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI by channel and persona
Required Experience
- 5+ years in B2C or marketplace marketing
- Proven track record in brand building and top-of-funnel campaign execution
- Hands-on paid media management (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Audience segmentation and persona-based targeting experience
- Strong copywriting and creative direction skills
- Proficiency with GA4, UTM frameworks, and marketing analytics
- Experience managing content calendars and editorial workflows
- Background in crowdsourced platforms, gig economy, or two-sided marketplaces preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to specialized or expert audiences (researchers, data scientists, linguists, medical professionals)
- Familiarity with AI/ML data annotation or training data markets
- Community-led growth or influencer marketing experience
- Exposure to international and multi-market campaigns
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

In the first 90 days, you will have mapped our priority audience segments, audited the current brand presence, launched at least one integrated awareness campaign, and established baseline performance reporting. Within six months, you will own a functioning audience acquisition engine, a brand-consistent content machine, and a clear view of which channels and personas drive the highest-quality contributor pipeline.
Salary: $90K - $100K Annually
