Position Overview:
The Vice President, Property Management Sales serves as the senior sales and business development leader for Real Property Management’s property management sales initiatives, acting as a critical liaison between the home office and franchise network. This role is responsible for driving investor engagement, real estate transaction growth, and portfolio expansion by promoting and implementing RPM’s Wealth Optimizer Portfolio systems. Through close collaboration with franchise owners, the VP develops and executes growth strategies that improve operational efficiency, increase client conversion, and strengthen profitability while ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
In addition, the Vice President leads sales enablement, training, and strategic growth initiatives across the system. This includes equipping franchise owners with the skills, tools, and processes needed to build and manage high-performing sales teams, conduct effective investor-focused sales meetings, and expand service offerings. The role also owns strategic partnerships and acquisition efforts, designing referral networks and partnership programs that generate qualified investor leads and support local and regional business scaling. Required Attributes:
Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree; business, finance or accounting or real estate preferred.
Experience: Ten (10) or more years related experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management Sales roles. Broker's license is preferred.
