  • Design, implement, and manage local, regional, and national strategic partnership programs to generate investor leads; own and execute RPM’s acquisition strategy, including identifying and evaluating independent property management companies for acquisition; partner with franchise owners on acquisitions and integration

Job description

Position Overview:

The Vice President, Property Management Sales serves as the senior sales and business development leader for Real Property Management’s property management sales initiatives, acting as a critical liaison between the home office and franchise network. This role is responsible for driving investor engagement, real estate transaction growth, and portfolio expansion by promoting and implementing RPM’s Wealth Optimizer Portfolio systems. Through close collaboration with franchise owners, the VP develops and executes growth strategies that improve operational efficiency, increase client conversion, and strengthen profitability while ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

In addition, the Vice President leads sales enablement, training, and strategic growth initiatives across the system. This includes equipping franchise owners with the skills, tools, and processes needed to build and manage high-performing sales teams, conduct effective investor-focused sales meetings, and expand service offerings. The role also owns strategic partnerships and acquisition efforts, designing referral networks and partnership programs that generate qualified investor leads and support local and regional business scaling. Primary Responsibilities:

Investor Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary sales and business development liaison between the home office and franchise locations, ensuring alignment with RPM’s strategic objectives.
  • Promote and implement RPM’s Wealth Optimizer Portfolio systems to increase real estate transaction volume and enhance investor engagement.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to design and execute growth plans that improve close rates, operational efficiencies, client conversion, and drive profitability at the local level.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to franchise owners on portfolio management, investment strategies, and effective execution of RPM’s sales system.
  • Drive consistency and accountability in how investor opportunities are managed across the network to improve overall sales outcomes.

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees to support their success in Property Management sales.
  • Own and evolve RPM’s sales system, ensuring it is consistently executed across the franchise network and continuously improved based on performance insights.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, including sales masterminds, sales sprints, and business development manager (BDM) labs, to enhance sales capabilities across the system.
  • Teach Franchise Business Owners and their teams how to conduct effective, investor-focused sales meetings that drive conversion.
  • Guide franchise owners in recruiting, training, and managing business development managers and independent contractors to build high-performing sales teams.
  • Leverage RPM’s tools, programs, and systems to reinforce the brand’s value proposition and expand service offerings.
  • Present at sales meetings and industry events to promote RPM’s property management services and strengthen brand positioning.

Strategic Partnership and Acquisitions

  • Design and manage local, regional, and national strategic partnership programs to generate new investor leads.
  • Establish referral networks and partnerships that drive qualified prospects to franchise operations.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key real estate and investment organizations to expand RPM’s growth channels.
  • Own and execute the Real Property Management acquisition strategy, including identifying and evaluating independent property management companies for acquisition.
  • Partner with Franchise Business Owners to support local acquisitions and integration efforts to scale their businesses.

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree; business, finance or accounting or real estate preferred.

Experience: Ten (10) or more years related experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management Sales roles. Broker's license is preferred.
