These exciting tasks await you
- Own the product lifecycle of Syntax manufacturing software solutions after the incubation phase and drive their evolution from MVP to scalable, market-ready products
- Define and manage the product strategy, roadmap, and release planning for manufacturing solutions
- Translate customer and market requirements into clear product priorities and actionable development plans
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and guide agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban)
- Align with internal stakeholders such as industry teams, business development, marketing, and presales to ensure successful product positioning
- Support go-to-market activities including sales enablement, product documentation, and customer presentations
- Represent Syntax manufacturing solutions at customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the product portfolio
Your profile
- Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Engineering, Business Administration with a technology focus, or a comparable field
- Around 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or product development within enterprise software environments
- Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) and understanding of manufacturing or shopfloor processes
- Familiarity with agile development methods and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into product decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
