Title: Internal Area Sales Manager - SG7 - Monterrey

Primary Location: Garza Garcia

Main Responsabilities

· Make proactive outbound phone calls to pre-determined Agribusiness Merchants in the U.S. to promote select financing offers.

· Increase the volume of Agribusiness financing in the U.S. for a select group of John Deere Financial merchants.

· Serve as a knowledge resource and seek to find answers for a select group of Agribusiness merchants in the U.S.

· Utilize reports (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to identify sales opportunities and track progress.

· Record efforts and activities in a Customer Relationship Management system.

· As needed, provide updates and feedback to the JDF Sales Management Team.

· Participate virtually and in-person U.S. JDF Agribusiness sales meetings.

· Follow up and close select customer surveys.

· Develop internal Sales material including reference documents.

· Update and maintain internal reports such and data files.

What Skills You Need

· 3 or more years of working knowledge in the field of Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Financing.

· 3 or more years of experience of supporting business relationships with dealers, merchants or customers.

· 1 or more years of proficiently using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, and other Microsoft products.

· 1 or more years of demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.

What Makes You Stand Out

· Prior sales or marketing experience

· Demonstrated communication skills

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Office 365 Applications, and SharePoint Online

· Working experiences with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

· Ability to analyze and interpret data

· Understanding of finance

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Finance, Agricultural Sciences, or equivalent discipline
