Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience leading B2B distribution or operations in consumer electronics (preferably smartphones).
  • Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end processes across sales, orders, invoicing, logistics, and after-sales.
  • Strong collaboration with IT/tech teams and hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Track record of managing international partnerships and suppliers and handling financial flows (collections, invoicing, reconciliation).

Requirements:

  • Structure and scale the B2B smartphone distribution operation with end-to-end processes for sales, orders, invoicing, logistics, and after-sales.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and scalability, continuously improving processes.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to evolve ERP, CRM, and product systems, and oversee data and system enhancements.
  • Define and monitor operational and commercial KPIs; manage financial flows (collections, invoicing, reconciliation) and interface with international partners and suppliers.

A America Cellular é a operação global do Grupo Ninja focada na distribuição B2B de smartphones, com atuação nos EUA, Paraguai e mercados da América Latina, Ásia e Oriente Médio.

Objetivo da posição
Responsável por estruturar e escalar a operação global de distribuição de smartphones, organizando processos comerciais, financeiros e operacionais, além de atuar na evolução dos sistemas e produto.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Estruturar e organizar a operação B2B de vendas de smartphones;
  • Criar processos do zero (vendas, pedidos, faturamento, logística e pós-venda);
  • Gerir o dia a dia da operação, garantindo eficiência e escala;
  • Atuar junto ao time de tecnologia na evolução dos sistemas (ERP, CRM e produto);
  • Organizar fluxos financeiros da operação (cobrança, faturamento, conciliação);
  • Fazer interface com parceiros e fornecedores internacionais;
  • Definir e acompanhar indicadores operacionais e comerciais;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e ganho de eficiência;
  • Apoiar na estruturação e crescimento do time.
