What You’ll Do (The Impact)

• Data Architecture & Strategy: Take ownership of data integrity and tracking for high-performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Actionable Business Intelligence: Use GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio to build sophisticated, live dashboards that drive executive decision-making.
• Performance Engineering: Design and monitor rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to squeeze maximum efficiency out of global digital budgets.
• Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct granular SEO, SEM, and Social audits to identify hidden growth opportunities and emerging market trends.
• Strategic Consulting: Partner with global teams to present data-backed pivots that optimize million-euro budget allocations.

Who You Are (The Tech Specialist)

• The Analyst: Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or Performance Analyst managing large-scale data for international brands.
• Toolbox Mastery: Deep technical proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
• Precision-Minded: You live by a 0% error rate in pixel tracking, API conversions, and campaign tagging.
• Data Storyteller: You can translate complex "data-speak" into clear, winning strategies for stakeholders.
