We are seeking an experienced Test Manager (System Integration) to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will lead system integration testing (SIT) efforts, overseeing all test events and ensuring applications, systems, and environments are thoroughly validated prior to release.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee system integration testing (SIT) activities across multiple workstreams
Plan, define, and manage test events, including resource allocation and scheduling
Develop and oversee test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts in collaboration with developers and business stakeholders
Coordinate with test teams, business users, and external partners to execute test events
Ensure test environments are properly configured, including hardware, software, and operating systems
Review and approve test reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Monitor, track, and manage defects, including prioritization, updates, and closure
Maintain and oversee defect tracking tools and databases
Provide technical oversight across testing activities, including applications, systems, and network components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all testing efforts
Support integration testing related to the Facets migration, including downstream system validation
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Experience as a Test Manager or QA Manager in system integration testing environments
Proven experience managing multiple test cycles and coordinating large-scale test events
Strong experience developing test plans, test cases, and test procedures
Experience managing defect tracking processes and tools
Knowledge of test environment setup, including hardware and operating systems
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams
