Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an Integration Engineer to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions across the Facets platform, ensuring seamless data flow between systems supporting claims, beneficiaries, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions within the Facets platform
Build and maintain interfaces across multiple business domains, including Claims, Membership (Beneficiaries), and Benefits
Develop, test, and deploy integrations using APIs, ETL processes, and other integration frameworks
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performing root cause analysis
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across integrated systems
Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to gather and translate integration requirements
Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
Maintain and document integration designs, workflows, and technical specifications
Support ongoing system enhancements and optimization efforts
Participate in migration and cutover activities related to the Facets implementation

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Experience in systems integration, interface development, or a similar role
Strong understanding of integration concepts, including APIs, ETL, and data mapping
Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages (such as Java, Python, or .NET)
Experience working with enterprise systems and data flows
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
