Director of Product Environmental Compliance

The position will be responsible for supporting product environmental compliance (PEC) and stewardship activities across a diverse, global footprint of products and operations. The most important attributes for a successful candidate in this position are:

• Robust experience in product environmental compliance disciplines including materials restrictions, extended producer responsibility, regulatory reporting, circular economy, and related product documentation;
• Successful track record in driving consistent best practices across a diverse range of business models, industries, and product families;
• Ability to embrace ambiguity with an intent to establish structure and organization;
• Strong collaborative approach to problem-solving; and
• Global perspective and a strategic mindset to lead the organizational assessment and strategic plan.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $175,000 - $200,000 USD per year.
