  • Identify duplicate records and support data merging processes
  • Assign constituent codes and maintain database hygiene
  • Support broader data management initiatives with the Annual Giving team

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain ethical standards when working with youth mental health content
  • Collaborate within flexible working hours (core: 10 AM – 4 PM ET)

What you bring:

Required Qualifications

  • Eligible for the Canada Summer Jobs program (ages 15–30 and legally able to work in Canada)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • High attention to detail, especially when working with data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience and ability to engage warmly with others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G-Suite
