Territory Sales Manager

What do you want to contribute to and be involved in?
Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Account Management: Build and manage relationships with trade partners, contractors, and merchants to drive brand loyalty.
Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and proactively convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to tailor sales strategies.
Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice on Crown Paints' product portfolio, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their needs.
Commercial Negotiation: Manage pricing, contracts, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
Proven track record in a B2B sales environment, preferably withing paint, coatings or construction. However please apply if you are an expert in a different sector!
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with groups and individuals
A team player!
IT proficient specifically in Microsoft Office and digital sale tools
