Must have Skills : , Good To Have Skills : , Job Description : - Project Manager who can also play the role of Scrum Master for the project. - Strong agile exposure using scrum, helping the team with SCRUM ceremonies, building a culture of customer delight while constantly looking for improvements with each sprint. - Ability to convey a message in a simple and structured manner to the client stakeholders. - Experience of handling delivery, Implementation, Consulting projects - Understanding of agile metrics and processes. - Planning, organizing and monitoring the project, managing goals, risks, issues and resources throughout the project lifecycle. - Mentoring the team members and supporting them for team and individual success. - Reporting the status of key project metrics (e.g. scope, schedule, quality, etc.) from inception through closure - Consulting mindset , participation to account growth activities

We are looking for a Project Manager who can also act as a Scrum Master, leading Agile delivery while fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring smooth Agile delivery.
• Build a strong Agile culture, focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, communicating clearly and effectively.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Track and report key project metrics such as scope, schedule, quality, and risks.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support and mentor team members, enabling both team and individual success.
• Drive process improvements across sprints and delivery cycles.
• Contribute to consulting and account growth initiatives, bringing a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery (implementation, consulting, or transformation projects).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, sprint reports, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, and resources.
• Excellent leadership and team mentoring skills.

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience working in enterprise or global environments.
• Exposure to account growth / consulting activities.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, or Prince2.
• Experience in data, digital, or transformation programs.
