We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Partner Program Head to lead and scale a high-growth influencer and partner marketing function. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the partner lifecycle—from strategy and acquisition to performance optimization and relationship management. You will be responsible for building a scalable partner ecosystem, driving revenue through influencer and affiliate channels, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and deep expertise in influencer and partner marketing, with the ability to create structured processes and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute influencer and partner marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring clear KPIs and accountability
  • Own and optimize CRM systems to streamline partner management and outreach processes
  • Develop scripts, outreach templates, and proposals to improve partner engagement and conversion
  • Manage the complete partner lifecycle including onboarding, quality checks, contracts, and deliverables
  • Analyze campaign performance and partner data to optimize ROI and improve efficiency
  • Oversee social media direction, ensuring brand consistency and effective engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution of campaigns
  • Manage operational processes including payments, reporting, and compliance
  • Drive hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members to support program scale
