This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 414000 - Rs 518000 (ie INR 4.14 - 5.18 LPA)

  1. Do you possess at least one year of experience delivering effective customer and technical support via phone or chat?
  2. Are you able to clearly convey complex information to a diverse range of clients?
  3. Are you proficient with computers?
  4. Can you carefully review and collect sensitive documents with strong attention to detail?
  5. Can you remain composed under pressure and provide support to clients during delays?
  6. Are you skilled at multitasking while engaging with members and accurately updating records?
  7. Can you assist members in navigating our platform and the CF app?
  8. Are you capable of devising creative solutions to handle client consultations and support inquiries?
  9. Can you adhere to company procedures diligently while maintaining a positive attitude?

About the Role

  1. Conduct consultations and provide customer support
  2. Offer troubleshooting assistance for navigating our platform and CF app
  3. Address customer concerns and manage escalations when necessary
  4. Handle sales calls
  5. Schedule appointments for the company’s other services

Qualifications

  1. Work Experience
    1. Have 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, demonstrating a positive phone demeanor
  2. Clear Communication
    1. Fluency in spoken and written English
    2. Ability to explain internal processes clearly and professionally
  3. Customer-Focused Mindset
    1. Display empathy and professionalism in client interactions, including during delays or issues
  4. Computer Skills
    1. Confident use of internal tools such as the Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, and Google Sheets
  5. Proactive Problem-Solving
    1. Anticipate challenges and take initiative to resolve them effectively and promptly
  6. Team Collaboration
    1. Manage duties independently while contributing to process improvements
  7. Reliability and Initiative
    1. Take ownership of responsibilities and proactively enhance processes whenever possible
