Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:
We invite a qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual mental health support, offering therapy, assessments, and tailored treatment plans to individuals across Connecticut. This remote position allows you to contribute meaningfully to your clients' mental health while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches.
• Establish trust and build rapport with clients through effective communication.
• Provide assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Stay up-to-date on mental health trends and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
