This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

By replacing traditional listing searches with a dynamic and intuitive experience, they aim to redefine how people discover and connect with homes.

Role Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for engaging potential customer agents, qualifying leads, and scheduling video demos for the sales team. This role requires a proactive and communication-driven professional who can manage outbound outreach, handle objections, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Prospect and conduct outreach to provided leads

  • Introduce and explain the company’s marketing services in a clear and professional manner

Lead Qualification & Demo Scheduling

  • Engage potential clients, assess their needs, and determine fit for the company’s services

  • Schedule video demo appointments for the sales team with qualified leads

Pipeline Management & Follow-Up

  • Follow up with agents who have shown interest but have not yet booked a demo

  • Track conversations and progress to maintain a consistent and organized sales pipeline

Communication & Objection Handling

  • Handle objections and communicate the value proposition effectively

  • Maintain professional and engaging communication throughout the sales process

Collaboration

  • Participate in daily meetings with the team and other BDRs

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles

Skills

  • Strong verbal communication and cold-calling skills

  • Ability to engage prospects, assess needs, and qualify opportunities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills to manage pipeline effectively

  • Ability to handle objections and communicate value clearly
