We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant who enjoys building quality solutions, great communication skills, engaging and discussing with customers on Microsoft technology, and helping teams grow.
Responsibilities:
Design and build solutions using:
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service or Field Service)
Power Apps
Power Automate
Copilot Studio
Translate business processes into clear and scalable solutions
Take technical responsibility within projects
Support and coach developers and consultants
Discuss requirements and solutions with customers
Ensure quality, governance, and best practices
Take ownership of solutions from design to delivery
Requirements
Must be available to start the project immediately
At least 5 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
Solid experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (+5 years)
Understanding business processes before automating them
Ability to explain and defend technical and architectural choices
Ability to take responsibility and give direction when needed
Enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow
