About the role: We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, documents, and processes and is looking to grow within HR field.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate onboarding activities: review new hire documentation, arrange system accesses, and send welcome emails
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, employment certificates and other HR-related documentation
- Support offboarding processes, including documentation and exit procedures
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Support benefits administration and internal HR communications
- Work with HR data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation
- Administer and support the internal training & assessment platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams on HR-related matters
- Provide operational support to the HR team within assigned areas of responsibility
Your expertise to meet the requirement:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR Administrator/HR Specialist or HR Assistant roles
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Confidence working with data, including employee records, spreadsheets
- Ability to work with mininal supervision, manage tasks effectively, and follow structured processes
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
- Fluency in Russian language
- Experience with HRIS is an advantage
