The role
We are looking for an experienced IT M365 Engineer to take ownership of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, evolution, and operation of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring they deliver measurable value to the organization. You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor for internal stakeholders, enabling modern collaboration, automation, and digital workplace capabilities.
You proactively drive the adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of M365 services, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient solutions aligned with business needs.

How you’ll make impact
You take ownership of Microsoft 365 services with a primary focus on SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
You design and implement solutions on the Power Platform to automate business processes, digitize workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
You provide technical consulting and guidance to internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable and sustainable M365 solutions.
You define and enforce governance standards, ensuring structured, compliant, and efficient use of SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities.
You develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and related tools to reduce manual effort and improve service reliability.
You manage additional Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online across their full lifecycle (design, implementation, operation, and optimization).
You ensure stable operations and provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Microsoft 365 services.
You collaborate with other IT teams to integrate M365 services into the broader IT landscape and continuously improve the digital workplace experience.
You contribute to the evolution of the Microsoft 365 platform and support architectural and strategic decisions with your expertise.
What’s important to us
You have several years of experience working with Microsoft 365 services in an engineering, administration, or similar role.
You have strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience with additional M365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online is a plus.
You are experienced in automation and scripting, especially with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
You understand governance, compliance, and best practices in Microsoft 365 environments.
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way, taking full ownership of your responsibilities.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with clear and effective communication abilities.
Experience with related services such as M365 backup solutions or third-party integrations is a plus.
Experience with identity integration (Azure AD / Entra ID fundamentals, RBAC, conditional access basics).
