Overview 

The Senior Director leads and develops high-performing technical and programming teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. Acting as a key liaison between the designated business area and the broader IT organization, this role ensures that technology solutions are scalable, secure, and positioned to meet evolving business needs. 

 

 

Education 

  • Bachelors degree (Required) 

 

Certification/Licensure 

  • No specific certification or licensure requirements 

 

Experience 

  • Seven years Progressive leadership experience (Required)  

  • Ten years Relevant IT Experience (Required)
