Marketing Manager

Join an AI-driven marketing leader helping US law firms scale through innovative strategies and EOS-driven execution. We are looking for a hands-on builder to design, test, and scale marketing engines in an "AI-first" environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize marketing funnels using GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs) including landing pages and email sequences.
Create multi-channel content (blogs, video scripts, graphics) utilizing AI tools and Canva.
Execute and oversee email marketing, YouTube strategy, SEO planning, and PPC campaigns.
Lead marketing strategy and tactical planning aligned with company growth goals and EOS "Rocks."
Track performance metrics (leads, ROI, conversion rates) and build reporting dashboards.
Scale proven systems by delegating execution to internal teams or vendors once established.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3–7 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years working with US-based clients.
Proven expertise in funnel building and technical proficiency in GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency.
Strong background in performance tracking, analytical thinking, and campaign ROI optimization.
