Duration: 12-month contract with Extension
 
Job Description:

  • Perform ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) assessments and develop a roadmap for enhancements and stabilization
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality of the data in the CMDB
  • Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing CMDB interfaces
  • Develop and maintain a technical project plan, including key milestones and provide regular status updates
  • Create ServiceNow epics and stories
  • Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements through the entire development lifecycle
  • Report on the status and progress of development work
  • Work with the support team to ensure an effective transition from development to the operational environment
  • Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise to various stakeholders throughout the life of the project
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with project team members and key stakeholders across all project phases
  • Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow automation/AI capabilities to improve CMDB data quality and operational efficiency, subject to applicable Bank policies, approvals, and platform licensing.
  • Other related activities and deliverables as required
 
Experience:       
  • A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience as a technical lead for ServiceNow implementations
  • A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience with ServiceNow CMDB
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience with the ServiceNow CMDB data model, CI lifecycle and relationship mapping, including Discovery/Service Mapping, and integrations impacting the CMDB (as applicable)
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with CMDB data quality governance, including KPIs, controls, reconciliation and normalization
 
Additional Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and information to inform problem solving in relation to buildingsystems and infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated experience working and leading discussions with a broad set of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow automation and AI features (where licensed/approved),applied to improve operational efficiency and data quality
  • Knowledge of governance requirements for automation/AI solutions in regulated environments, includingprivacy, security and auditability controls
 
Education:
  • University degree or college diploma in a related field
