The Strategy & Execution Specialist will lead execution of strategic cross-functional programs at Databricks, focusing on initiatives that drive business priorities such as GTM optimization, migrations, partner models, and AI-driven transformation.
This role combines program management, strategy, analytics, and AI-driven automation, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives with measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Enabled Program Operations
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and drive decision-making
• Prepare executive-level business review materials and reporting
• Maintain program trackers and performance metrics
• Build and automate workflows using AI tools and systems
• Manage dependencies and escalate risks to leadership
Program Execution
• Lead delivery of strategic initiatives and workstreams
• Design and implement scalable GTM and operational solutions
• Drive change management and ensure measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with IT, sales operations, and product teams
Discovery & Experimentation
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and process assessments
• Identify inefficiencies and design improved workflows
• Apply design-thinking methodologies for optimization
• Build AI-assisted tools for automation and analytics
Must-Have Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management / Strategy / Consulting
• Strong SQL skills (Advanced)
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs (Executive-ready)
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Databricks dashboards
• Knowledge of Databricks tools (SQL, Unity Catalog, notebooks, SDK)
• Experience building AI workflows (agentic AI tools like Claude, Cursor)
• Python scripting experience (data, automation, APIs)
• Experience in GTM operations, sales strategy, or enterprise software
• Background in design thinking / process re-engineering frameworks
