Responsibilities

Our Accounting Specialist performs a variety of accounting tasks. Your tasks will include:

· Sales tax, B&O tax and other compliance-related matters

· Ownership of company credit card management

· Day-to-day general accounting (leases, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, etc.)

· Month end reconciliations

· Other duties as assigned
 

Required Skills/Abilities

· Knowledge of Business Central is a plus

· Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills, including the use of Vlookups and Pivot tables is a plus

· Dealing with Complexity

· Reporting Research Results

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of accounting standards

· Attention to Detail

· Confidentiality

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Analytical mindset

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· A passion to learn and grow
 

Qualifications

· Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field is a plus

· At least 3 years of related experience required
