Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Connexall enterprise patient flow and communication platform, replacing TeleTracking housekeeping and portering workflows. The consultant will provide end-to-end project governance, planning oversight, risk management, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting across multiple operational, clinical, and technical workstreams. The Project Manager will ensure delivery alignment with organizational priorities, operational readiness, and enterprise digital transformation goals while coordinating with clinical teams, facilities operations, analytics, integration teams, and vendors. The role includes managing project plans, budgets, risks, interdependencies, and steering committee communications while supporting go-live readiness and stabilization activities across multiple healthcare sites.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Leadership
Establish project governance structure
Develop Project Charter and RACI matrix
Facilitate Steering Committee meetings
Define escalation pathways
Align clinical, operational, vendor, and digital stakeholders
Planning & Controls
Develop integrated Project Management Plan
Maintain project schedule and WBS
Manage dependencies across workstreams
Implement delivery tracking controls
Financial Management
Manage project budget
Forecast variances
Support financial reporting
Ensure resource allocation across streams
Delivery Oversight
Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timelines

Requirements
Mandatory Experience Requirements
Core PM Experience
Minimum 10+ years project management experience
Experience leading multi-workstream enterprise implementations
PMP / PRINCE2 (or equivalent)
Executive-level stakeholder reporting experience
Vendor-led implementation oversight
Healthcare / Operational Environment Experience
Strong preference:
British Columbia Health Authorities experience
