Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Customers Service Representative to join our growing team!

*MUST have experience working with clients in FL, GA or NC.

*Must have an active license in at least one of the following states:

  • Florida - 2-20 or
  • 2044

  

The Personal Lines Customers Service Representative will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer issues and concerns with the company. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution. 

  

Licenses and Certifications:  

  • 2-20 or 2044 License REQUIRED
  • Experience in FL, GA or SC
  • Knowledgeable in Auto, Home, Flood, Condo, Inland Marine/Jewelry, Builders Risk, Reinsurance

Skills & Experience to Be Successful: 
 

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a customer service role 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment 
  • Advanced knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software
  • Call-Center experience preferred

Pay Range

$19 - $27 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
