At CLS, we're seeking a Recruiter to help us identify and onboard interpreters from USA and around the world. We’re looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and skilled at building strong talent pipelines — especially for hard-to-find languages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a global network of interpreter candidates
• Source and recruit talent across multiple international platforms
• Collaborate with internal departments and utilize tools such as Microsoft Office 365

Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills
• Previous recruitment experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
