Technical & Component Expertise
- Apply working knowledge of electronic components commonly used in electrotherapy and rehabilitation devices (e.g., power supplies, PCBs, control boards, connectors, sensors, and therapeutic output modules).
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to understand component availability, obsolescence risks, and design changes impacting lifecycle planning.
- Assess component lead times, supplier constraints, and BOM changes to ensure accurate NPI and EOL planning.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary forecasting partner for Supply & Network Planning, providing actionable insights for inventory strategy, capacity planning, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain and optimize lifecycle master data, ensuring accuracy across ERP and advanced planning systems.
- Communicate forecast changes, risks, and action plans to stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, engineering, and operations.
- Prepare and deliver executive level reporting on NPI performance, EOL readiness, and lifecycle health.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, lifecycle visibility, and planning processes.
- Recommend enhancements to planning tools, data structures, and cross functional workflows.
Qualifications.
