Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong enterprise-level testing expertise and deep functional knowledge of Oracle ERP, particularly across payroll and financial modules. The ideal candidate will lead testing initiatives, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery within Oracle ERP implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for Oracle ERP implementations
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Drive test governance, including status reporting and leadership updates
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and conduct regular governance meetings
• Ensure alignment with business requirements, especially in US payroll processes
• Oversee defect management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams for seamless delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with strong leadership exposure
• Proven experience as a Test Lead in large enterprise environments
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle ERP modules:
  • Payroll (Paybill)
  • Sales
  • Collections
  • Cash Management
• Solid understanding of US payroll processes and compliance
• Experience in Oracle ERP implementation programs
• Strong skills in:
  • Test coordination & planning
  • Stakeholder management
  • Test governance & reporting
