Lead and execute the company’s UA strategy across multiple products, managing large-scale budgets across channels such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, DSPs, and other relevant platforms.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of UA specialists (under 10 members), ensuring strong execution quality and achievement of performance targets.
Drive user acquisition performance by analyzing KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, act date, and cohort-based metrics across networks, campaigns, and geographies.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key ad networks and strategic partners.
Regularly review and enhance UA workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Work closely with Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to support overall growth objectives.
Keep up with market dynamics through ongoing research and competitive analysis.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition within mobile gaming or app environments.
At least 2 years of experience managing people and teams.
Strong preference for candidates with exposure to Hybrid Casual or IAP-focused UA models.
Highly analytical, with strong command of UA data tools and the ability to turn data insights into actionable plans.
Deep understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem, including MMPs, mediation platforms, analytics tools, SDK ad networks, DSPs, and related technologies.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of leading complex projects in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interest in music and gaming is a significant advantage.
Fluent English communication is required.
