ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Insurance Associate (Spanish) at Savvital, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to our clients. This is a high-impact, "builder" role focused on transforming traditional insurance operations into a scalable, AI-powered workflow. You will be the primary architect for managing client accounts while integrating automation to enhance the client experience and firm growth.

You will support clients in the insurance domain, requiring mandatory fluency in Spanish and expertise in Applied Epic. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable handling a high volume of 500+ customers and are obsessed with improving systems and outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Insurance Operations: Handle quoting, re-quoting, policy endorsements, and billing/invoicing directly within Applied Epic.
  • Automation & AI Integration: Design and deploy AI-driven systems to automate bulk emails, text messages, and payment reminders to reduce manual processing time.
  • Communication Management: Act as a bilingual liaison, handling email correspondence and ensuring accurate communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all policy updates and insurance-related documentation comply with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with clients, analyzing complaints to recommend effective solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Operational Support: Maintain and update client records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for over 500+ customers.
  • Claims Support: Assist with basic insurance-related documentation and track claims to ensure timely execution.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable, ideally in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Language: Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Technical Mastery: Proven experience with Applied Epic.
  • AI Proficiency: Experience with LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation tools like Zapier or Make is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in insurance operations, systems engineering, or payroll compliance within the US or Canada is a plus.
  • Mindset: A "Builder" execution style with a high degree of comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

WORK TIMINGS

This is a Full-time role with US Hours' Shift (Night Shift). Specific hours will be determined based on business needs.
