Job description

Job Opening: Clinical Quality Assurance Agent

Location: South Africa, Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes
Review documentation, reports, and case materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards
Utilize QA audit tools and platforms (including CentralReach and Rethink) to evaluate performance and identify gaps
Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across varying scenarios and cases
Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement
Analyze data using Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards
Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation
Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders
Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project management tools

Requirements

Proven experience in a QA, compliance, or audit-focused role (preferably within healthcare or ABA environments)
Proficiency in CentralReach, Rethink, Microsoft Office, and Excel
Experience with QA audit tools and project management platforms
Strong understanding of healthcare standards and ability to independently research and apply them
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify nuanced issues in audits and reviews
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information across different scenarios
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts clearly and effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
